Meet Sarah Beth

As a personal trainer and mental health professional, I deeply understand the vital connection between physical and mental health. With a background in mental wellness and a passion for fitness, I offer a holistic approach to training that goes beyond just the physical aspect. Having worked in the mental health field, I know that true wellness comes from nurturing both the mind and body. This understanding led me to pursue my certification as a personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), where I’ve combined my knowledge of mental health with personalized fitness strategies.
